10月16日上午，中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会开幕会在北京人民大会堂隆重召开，习近平总书记代表第十九届中央委员会向大会作了报告。国际处全体人员及我院外教热切关注此次大会并畅谈了自己的感受感想。
国际处处长魏文萍表示，10月16日上午10点，我怀着激动的心情观看了中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会盛况，认真聆听了习近平总书记代表十九届中央委员会所做的工作报告，报告系统总结了过去五年工作和新时代以来取得的重大成就和宝贵经验，科学谋划了未来五年乃至更长时期我们党和国家事业发展的目标任务和大政方针。特别是报告对新时代党的高等教育事业做出了新部署，提出了新要求，为我们的工作指明了方向，提供了遵循。报告立意高远、思想深邃，叩击时代、契合实际，紧扣发展、擘画蓝图，统揽全局、气势恢宏，催人奋进、深受鼓舞。作为一名中国共产党员，我们要在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，牢记立德树人初心，坚守为党育人，为国育才，以高度的政治责任感和历史使命感，把学习贯彻党的二十大精神作为当前和今后一段时期的首要政治任务，学习好，宣传好，贯彻好党的二十大精神；作为一名高校国际交流工作者，要围绕学院双高计划建设和提质培优行动计划，主动服务“一带一路”倡议，深入开展国际交流合作，以实际行动推动学院国际交流工作长远发展，为实现学院高质量发展贡献绵薄力量，从而为实现党的二十大确立的宏伟目标而努力奋斗。
At 10 a.m. on October 16, I watched the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with excitement and listened carefully to the work report made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the 19th Central Committee. The report systematically summarizes the work of the past five years and the major historic achievements and valuable experience since the New Era, and then scientifically plans the goals, tasks and major policies for the development of our party and the country in the next five years and even longer. Especially，it made new arrangements for the Party’s cause of higher education in the New Era, put forward new requirements, pointed out the direction for our work, and provided guidelines. It is lofty in conception, profound in thought, percussion of the times, in line with reality, closely linked to development, drawn up blueprints, and has a grand overall situation, which is inspiring and encouraging. As a member of the CPC, we must, under the strong leadership of the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, uphold the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, bear in mind the original intention of building morality, and stick to cultivating talent for the Party and the State. With a high sense of political responsibility and historical mission, we must take studying and implementing the spirit of the Congress as the primary political task at present and for a period of time in the future, and strive to study well, publicize well, and implement it. As a staff engaged in international exchange in a university, we should actively serve the “Belt and Road” initiative and deepen the international communication and cooperation centering on the construction of the college’s double-high plan and the program for improving quality and cultivating excellence. We will take concrete actions to promote the long-term development of the international exchange of our college, contributing to the high-quality development of it, so as to achieve the grand goal established by the 20th National Congress of the CPC.
国际处副处长左佳表示，中国共产党第二十次全国代表大会于10月16日在北京举行，习近平总书记代表第十九届中央委员会向党的二十大作报告。作为一名高职院校的教师，我要引导学生弘扬精益求精的工匠精神，激励他们走技能成才、技能报国之路，让中国的工匠精神闻名于世界；同时，作为一名国际交流工作者，我要积极的讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音，为塑造可信、可敬、可爱的中国形象贡献自己的一份力量。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China convened in Beijing on Oct 16, 2022. In the report Xi Jinping delivered at the opening session. As a teacher in vocational college, it’s my duty to encourage students to carry forward craftsmanship and strive for excellence to serve the country and even make the spirit well-known to the world. Meanwhile, as a staff related to international exchange and cooperation, it’s my goal to tell China’s stories well and make China's voice heard in the hope of showing a reliable, respectable and adorable China to people from other countries.
国际处留学科副科长李指南表示，作为一名高职院校党员教师，一大早我就盼着党的二十大的召开。在观看开幕式时，当国歌响起，全场起立的时候，我为我的国家感到无比的骄傲。党的二十大报告让我对党和国家的政策有了更深刻的理解与感悟，我深知应该加强自身的业务知识，提高自身的素养，要听党话、跟党走，勤勉学习、奋发有为，把习近平总书记的谆谆教导融入到为党、为社会主义建设和实现中华民族伟大复兴的不懈努力中。
As a faculty in a Chinese vocational college, I was looking forward to the 20th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China early in the morning. While watching the opening ceremony, with the national anthem playing and the audience standing up, I felt proud of my country. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China gave me a deeper understanding and perception of the policies of the CPC and China.I know that I should strengthen my knowledge to improve my quality, listen to CPC, follow CPC, study diligently and work hard. It is promising to integrate the earnest teachings of General Secretary Xi Jinping into the unremitting efforts for CPC, for socialist construction and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
国际处留学科副科长门鹏锐表示，党的二十大是国家踏上新征程的一个重要里程碑，站在新的历史起点上，惟有紧抓时代机遇，以坚定的信心和昂扬的斗志投入到伟大的社会主义建设中，方不负韶华，不负时代。作为一名高校的行政教师，在今后的工作中一定严于律己，做好自身的本职工作，认真细致地贯彻落实学校各项政策，提升个人工作效能，落实教育立德树人的根本任务，为建设中国特色、世界一流大学贡献自己的一份力量。
The 20th National Congress is an important milestone for the party and the country to embark on a new journey. Standing at a new historical starting point, we can only seize the opportunity of the times and devote ourselves to the great socialist construction with firm confidence and high fighting spirit, then we will not live up to this era. As an administrative teacher in the college, I must be strict with myself in my future work, do my own job well, earnestly and meticulously promote the implementation of various school policies, and in the meanwhile improve my personal work efficiency, and implement education to build morality and cultivate people. I will struggle to contribute my part to building a world-class university with Chinese characteristics.
国际处综合科干事王昭表示，收看了习近平总书记做的报告后，我深有感触，一代人有一代人的使命，一代人有一代人的担当，作为一名新时代教师，我们要以党的二十大为学习契机，在对历史的回顾中汲取前进的力量，锤炼忠诚、干净、担当的政治品格，勇担时代大任，争做时代新人，不负青春，披荆斩棘，在“年轻的战场”上发光发热。
After watching the report made by General Secretary Xi Jinping, I saw, a generation has the mission of a generation, as teachers in new era, we should take the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the study opportunity, gaining power in a review of the history and move forward, developing a character of loyalty, clean and a sense of responsibility so that we can live up to the promise of our youth and the expectations of our times, and demonstrate the enterprising spirit of youth of the New Era.
外教尼古拉斯·埃斯特班表示，（原文）The 20th National Congress of CPC was held in Beijing on October 16. I listened carefully to the report made by General Secretary Xi Jinping on behalf of the 19th Central Committee to the Congress. China has a lot to learn from. I have witnessed that China has made great achievements in the development of various fields including economy, science and technology, ecological and environmental protection, etc. since the reform and opening up. Initiatives such as the "Belt and Road" and "Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind" proposed by the Chinese government have played an important role in promoting economic and trade exchanges, which helps us to understand and perceive China in a more comprehensive and in-depth manner.
